Hiral Shah is an educator and curriculum strategist with over 8 years of experience teaching K–12 students across NSW. As Founder of Rang Academy, he has guided 250+ students through OC, Selective, NAPLAN, and ICAS preparation, building a teaching method centred on strategy and understanding rather than rote memorisation.
Driven by a passion to help students think rather than just answer, Hiral developed Rang Academy’s concept-first approach — combining S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, critical and creative thinking, and values-based learning. He believes every student can build confidence and independence when taught with the right strategy, not just more practice.
